Our History
The history behind Elite Pressure Washing
I am Jim Holler, founder and owner of Elite Pressure Washing LLC. I am happy to share my story of how Elite came to be and the road we traveled to get to where we are today.
With almost 20 years in the coatings industry, I was familiar with the concept of pressure washing. Whether it was working my way through college with College Pro Painters, a sales representative for an epoxy coating contractor, a representative for a paint manufacturer, or estimator for a paint contractor, surface prep was essential for success of the coating.
Of course, there was shot blasting and diamond grinding, but the most common technique was cleaning with a pressure washing machine.
It all Started in 2014
On a wing and a prayer in October of 2014, Elite Pressure Washing LLC was born.
Not wanting to answer to another authority and short on cash, I had zero interest in a franchise. Zero might be giving the idea too much credit. I did not know much about the industry, but I did know three important pieces of the puzzle:

I knew how to talk to customers.
Elite Customer Service
I wanted to treat each person as I would want my mother to be treated- We still implement this ideology today.
Giving Back
I knew I had to give back to the community where I operated my business and made a living.
Growing in the Pressure Washing Industry
How did I learn the ins and outs of the pressure washing industry? Traveling all over the country, I gathered knowledge and made contacts at trade shows. I was fortunate enough to have met two gentlemen who became my mentors. Because of them, I felt as if I had 40+ years of experience backing me. Let us call my mentors Tom and Jack- because that is their names!
I started out as a 1-man show, texting photos before calling Tom and Jack when I needed advice. They would instruct me to use this chemical and that technique. What do you know- the results were perfect.
As I completed jobs, more continued to surface. Word was spreading. Elite is Elite!! Eventually, I was relying on my daughter (Hayley) and her boyfriend (Austin) for part time help. I even called upon my retired 68-year-old father to help when they went back to college. Meeting the demands of our customer base, we quickly added window cleaning and gutter cleaning to the list of services offered. As the years went by, Elite Pressure Washing continued to grow. We went from summer help to seasonal employees and from seasonal employees to full-time employees.
Elite Continued to expand
In 2022, another small pressure washing outfit contacted me about acquiring them as they were no longer interested in being in the industry.
In early 2023, we came to an agreement and the deal was finalized. Not only did Elite gain two more employees but we also acquired the first fifteen customers for our sister company, Elite Holiday Lights.
Although Elite Pressure Washing LLC has become synonymous with high quality results and great pricing, I am most proud of being referred to as a company that gives back to its community.
