What to know Before your Pressure Washing service
If you are reading this, you've probably already received your quote and have given us authorization to proceed with services.
You will receive your schedule notification through email, unless other forms of communication have been agreed upon. The schedule notification will inform you of the date of your appointment along with an approximate time of arrival. Sometimes we are early and other times, we are a little behind. Our ETA should be more palatable than the cable company who agrees to be onsite somewhere between 8am and 6pm.
Regardless of the service, you can expect our technicians to be courteous and thorough with our approach. We pride ourselves on being meticulous. We do not expect to be paid until you are pleased with the results.
What to expect
Services by Elite Pressure Washing
Parking
We will require parking in the driveway or along the curb in front of your home. This can be tricky for our city dwellers. To assure you we are all on the same page, one of our technicians will come to the door to greet you and summarize what services we are performing. At this time, you are free to modify the scope of work.
Payment
We accept cash, check, or credit card. Payment is not expected at the time of service but very much appreciated. Credit card payments can be processed right here on our website.
What to expect
Pressure WashinG Services
Windows
All windows should be closed for the duration of the job. It is preferred, but not required, that all windows AC units are removed for the service.
Chimneys
Chimneys are not included with any pressure washing project unless specifically discussing this with your estimator. We are playing it safe as we can never tell the condition of the brick, mortar, stucco, stone, etc. The last thing we want is for you to have water entering your home.
Water
We come with a truck that contains five hundred gallons of water. Unless agreed upon, we will expect to connect to your faucet to supplement our usage. If you are not comfortable providing water, Elite can provide the water for an additional fee. This must be agreed upon in advance.
Porches, Patios, and Decks
Unless agreed upon, the homeowner is responsible for removing all furniture prior to our arrival.
What to expect
Window Cleaning Services
Window Cleaning
- Exterior window cleaning includes the window panes and frames.
- Interior window cleaning includes the window panes, frames, tracks, and sills.
Exterior Window Cleaning
We will use our filtration system for most exterior window cleaning projects. The filtration system will need connections to a faucet and electricity. We have all the extension cords and hoses; we just need the outlet and faucet.
Screens
If you selected exterior windows and screen cleaning but not interior window cleaning, it is the homeowner’s responsibility to remove the screens prior to our arrival. If we are coming from another job, we may not be dressed (or clean enough) to enter your home to help with this task. If you know you will need help with this, please let us know so we can schedule accordingly.
Interior Window Cleaning
Our technicians will arrive with our own floor mat and shoe protection to make sure we do not track dirt into your home.
Window Treatments
If you have any window treatments that you believe would interfere with our access to the window, it is best that you remove these treatments prior to our arrival.
Furniture
We will have two technicians on the job. If furniture needs to be moved from the windows, we can take care of this for you.
